Accessibility statement
CloudTeam is committed to ensuring the digital accessibility of the Erudis learning platform, in accordance with the Polish Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102) and with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. This accessibility statement applies to the platform available at this address.

Compliance status
The platform is partially compliant with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA. The non-compliances and exemptions are listed below.
Content that is not fully accessible:
- multimedia and documents uploaded by course authors and organizations may lack captions or an accessible structure — the platform offers automatic captions and text recognition, but cannot guarantee full accessibility of user-provided content;
- criteria requiring manual verification with assistive technologies (screen readers, 200% zoom) will be confirmed through the planned manual testing and the external audit;
- the platform will undergo an external WCAG 2.1 AA audit; this statement will be updated with its findings.

The statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by the vendor in accordance with the W3C WCAG-EM 1.0 methodology (evaluation of 26–27 July 2026): automated accessibility scans (axe-core) of the production environment, colour-contrast measurements and static code analysis, repeated after fixes were applied. The final evaluation found no violations in automated testing, and 44 of the 49 applicable WCAG 2.1 AA criteria were assessed as met — the remaining partial assessments concern content supplied by organizations using the platform. Accessibility testing tools are built into the platform’s development process and run on every change.
Accessibility features of the platform
- full keyboard operability, with a skip-to-content link and a visible focus indicator;
- high-contrast and dark colour themes;
- an optional Atkinson Hyperlegible typeface, designed for readers with low vision;
- closed captions for video and text equivalents of audio narration;
- an interface available in six languages, including full right-to-left rendering;
- text scaling and responsive layouts that reflow without loss of content.
Feedback and contact information
Everyone has the right to report accessibility problems, to request digital accessibility of the platform or of any of its elements, and to request information in an alternative form. Accessibility feedback can be submitted to the vendor:

Enforcement procedure
A request should identify the person making it, indicate the page or element it concerns, and state the preferred way of being contacted. The request should be satisfied without undue delay, no later than within 7 days; if this deadline cannot be met, the requester is informed of the reason for the delay and of a new deadline, which may not exceed 2 months.
If digital accessibility is refused or the response is unsatisfactory, a complaint may be lodged. After exhausting this procedure, a request may also be addressed to the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights: rpo.gov.pl.
